Meet Our Staff
Crystal Rylicki, President/CEO
Crystal has been with the credit union since 2003. Before starting, she had never even heard of a credit union. On the first day of her senior year, her teacher in her OJT program handed her a piece of paper—it was a job posting for a Member Services Representative position at MSCU. After school that day, she went to the credit union and applied. The very next day, she was offered the position, and she hasn’t left since.
Crystal has been married to her husband Matt for over 15 years, and together they have two sons. She spends most of her spare time at her sons’ sporting events and enjoys spending the rest of her time outdoors during the summer with family and friends.
Liz Finch, Loan Officer
Liz Finch joined MSCU in 2018 and brings more than 25 years of financial industry experience to her role as a Loan Officer. She enjoys helping members with a variety of lending needs and is known for being friendly, personable, and detail-oriented, always working to ensure a smooth and accurate loan process.
Outside of work, Liz is married with one daughter and has a strong love for animals. She volunteers with a local animal rescue and supports the Special Olympics of Minnesota. In her spare time, she enjoys camping with her family, making crafts, and spending time in the sun.
Monica enjoys helping members with all of their financial needs. She is often the friendly voice who answers the phone when you call and the warm smile that greets you when you walk into the Credit Union.
She joined MSCU in 2020 and brings many years of financial industry experience with her.
Monica is married and has three children—two sons and a daughter—and recently welcomed an adorable grandson into her family. In her free time, she enjoys relaxing at home and watching cartoons with her grandson.
