System Upgrade Coming

The Credit Union will be CLOSED on Thursday, October 1, and reopen at 12 Noon on Friday, October 2. All Online Banking and Mobile Banking services will be unavailable starting at 5pm on Wednesday, Sept. 30 at 5:00 p.m. and return at 12 Noon on Friday, October 2.

What you need to know BEFORE the Upgrade

Be aware of our reduced services during the conversion and plan accordingly. You will still be able to use your debit card to make purchases and withdraw funds at an ATM cards during the conversion. Your credit card is also unaffected and will continue to function as usual.

Before September 31, you should copy all your Bill Pay information, including data about upcoming scheduled payments or recurring payments.

We are replacing our Bill Pay system entirely. If you currently use Bill Pay, your information about payees, scheduled payments, and recurring payments will not be ported over.

Beginning October 2, 2026, you will need to enroll in the new CheckFree Bill Pay system. Since existing payees and scheduled payments will not transfer, you will need to manually re-add your payees and schedule future payments in the new system. We apologize for this inconvenience.

🔐 You may notice some changes in how fraud alerts are handled.

If fraud is detected on your card, you may receive a phone call from a 1-800 number or a text message regarding the suspicious activity.

Please be aware of these communications and know that they may be part of our new fraud-detection process. As always, never provide your full card number, PIN, password, or other sensitive information in response to an unexpected message or call.

Why Are We Upgrading?

These upgrades will provide a more modern banking experience with improved security and enhanced features, including:

  • New CardHub debit card management tools, giving you greater control over your debit card (coming soon after conversion).
  • Zelle® person-to-person payments (coming soon after conversion).
  • Integration of Bill Pay and Remote Deposit directly within our mobile banking app. You’ll no longer need different mobile apps for these services. Instead, you’ll notice new icons at the bottom of the app that provide quick access to these services.

Although much of this conversion will occur behind the scenes, there will be temporary service interruptions during the transition.
