Meet Crystal Rylicki at Metropolitan Services Credit Union

Crystal Rylicki, President/CEO.
She previously was the Vice President and was promoted to President in March 2019 when Kathy Flaherty retired after 30 years.

Crystal has been with the Credit Union since 2003 and has enjoyed working with the members, Board of Directors, Supervisory Committee as well as the staff. She was hired at MSCU through the OJT program when she was a senior at Harding High School.

She looks forward to facing all of the challenges this new position holds and growing the Credit Union. Crystal has been married to her husband Matt for 8 years and they have one son. She spends most of her spare time at her son’s basketball, baseball or football games and the rest of her time outside in the summer with her family and friends.

Meet Liz at Metropolitan Services Credit Union

Liz, MSCU Loan Officer.
Her responsibilities include pulling credit reports, processing loans, completing the documentation to support the loan and underwriting loans for approval, daily accounting needs.

She also helps at the front counter assisting members with their accounts and more. She’s friendly, personable, detail oriented and is eager to ensure our members needs are always met accurately.

Liz joined MSCU in 2018 with 25 years of financial institution experience. Liz is married and has one daughter. She is very involved at her daughters’ school and is on the school’s PTA board.

She spends her spare time with her daughter at after school activities and the rest of her time outside during the summer with her neighbors and friends. She loves animals, camping, traveling and crafting.
